Our Process

Initial Discovery & Assessment

We start our process by evaluating your current systems and needs in an initial discovery session (virtual or onsite) with the intent of understanding your:

  • Goals and objectives
  • Timelines and constraints
  • Current resources, roles & responsibilities
  • Expected scope of services

Estimate & Contract Review

Once we have established and agreed to the required scope of services, a contract of expected services is drafted for review.

We only bill for worked performed so it is important to note that, while we estimate the work, these are only estimates. If your project takes less time, you will not be billed for any time not used.

Project Kickoff

At the agreed upon start date, the project is kicked off with a planning meeting involving all key players. This meeting helps to confirm stakeholders involved and to foster an environment of open communication between the project teams affected by the work stream.

During the project we provide bi-weekly status updates and reports of deliverables per the agreed upon contract terms. At the end of the project, the final status report details the hours utilized, any outstanding tasks, as well as a summary of recommended next steps.
